(1) An Executive Committee will be formed with the following members for the purpose of carrying out the work of the Council:-

(a) Experienced in health related studies and research in modern medical system and Ayurvedic medical system. Seven persons nominated by the government of Nepal from among the doctors - members

(b) Representative, Ministry of Finance - member

(c) Representative, National Planning Commission - member

" (d) Representative, Ministry of Health and Population – Member” (e) Head, Research Committee, Institute of Medical Sciences – Member (f) President, Nepal Medical Council – Member

(G) One person appointed by the Government of Nepal – Member – Secretary

(2) The Government of Nepal shall appoint one chairman and one vice chairman from among the nominated members according to clause (a) of sub-section (1).

(3) The term of office of nominated members of the committee shall be four years and they may be re-nominated. can do.
